Here’s why it’s a mixed review

Incredible location, just steps away from the vibrant old town and delicious cafes! The staff were truly helpful, even assisting with my flight rescheduling—service was exceptional! !

This hotel had a great location right next to the beach, making it super convenient for relaxing days by the sea. The clean rooms had modern furnishings and a comfortable bed, definitely a highlight. I appreciated the free mini-bar which was a nice touch. However, check-in was a hassle due to the lack of onsite staff. I arrived during a busy festival, and the parking situation was chaotic. The instructions sent via WhatsApp weren’t very helpful when I needed immediate assistance on where to park. The air conditioning also had a bright green light that disrupted my sleep. While I enjoyed my stay overall, these inconveniences were frustrating.

The hotel was perfectly located just steps away from the beach and local cafes, making it easy for our family, including my mother, to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed renting bikes for a great day out, riding along the coast and visiting the nearby fishing port for pintxos.

For dads, it would be great if there was a playground nearby.

I really enjoyed the modern feel of the hotel and its location right by the beach. it made for a fantastic stay. The room was comfortable with clean facilities, and I appreciated the free mini-bar touch. However, it would have been nice to have a staffed front desk for easier check-in and assistance.

The hotel boasts a prime location, just moments from the beach and local cafes, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. We received outstanding support from the receptionist, especially when we needed help rescheduling our flight due to a cancellation, which made a stressful situation much easier.

However, I enjoyed the fresh bread rolls provided during our stay, adding a nice touch. Though the location was decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
